    Is the packaging discreet?

    Yes, very discreet. We ship our products in Priority Mail boxes we get from the United States Post Office. They look identical to millions of other Priority Mail boxes shipped by the post office every day. We use Donner Spring, our parent company, as the return addressee. Absolutely nothing on the package will reveal what is inside. Order with peace of mind. Show me a picture!

    What name will appear on my credit card bill?

    If you pay for your purchase by credit card using our secure server, the name on your credit card statement will appear as "shavesthere.com" our G-rated sister site. In either case, there will be no indication of what was purchased or that it was purchased from Beavershaver.com.

    What name will appear on any e-mail correspondence?

    When we need to contact you, we will use our donnerspring.com e-mail accounts. Messages will come from something like HelpDesk@donnerspring.com. Text inside may refer to the site name (to jog your memory,), but the address and subject lines will not.

    Availability? Do you have it in stock?

    Yes, we always have a good inventory. Our resources ensure that we always have enough inventory to cover our orders. If for some reason outside of our control we run out of stock, we will update our web site immediately and note that the item is backordered.

    Can I fax you an order?

    Yes, our FAX # is (866) 212-4069. Simply complete the online ordering procedure and select "money order" when it asks for your payment method. Please print out a copy of your order receipt (which will show the total amount due), and include your credit card number, expiration date and CCV number (last 3 digits on the back of most cards.) Please make sure your billing address is the address where you receive your credit card statement.

    Can I call you on the phone?

    We must confess that the phone is the weak link in our business. In spite of the fact that we send out some 10,000 plus orders per year the company is just me and my long suffering wife...Keeps prices low. But if we are driving or walking down a busy, noisy street, etc., we may not be able to answer you...when we can answer we may not be in front of a computer and thus not able to enter your phone order for you. But we really try and answer your calls.

    If you urgently need to get a message to us (change in order, shipping address, etc.) please email us at helpdesk@donnerspring.com ...We check that address numerous times during the day and it is your best chance of getting a time sensitive message to us.

    Can I mail you an order?

    Yes, simply complete the online ordering procedure and select "money order" when it asks for your payment method. Please print out a copy of your order receipt (which will show the total amount due), and include a copy with your money order. We can only accept money orders or cashiers checks in U.S. funds payable thru the U.S. bank clearing systems (drawn on a U.S. bank).     Do you have a Guarantee?

    Absolutely. We have our 30-30 guarantee. We ask that you give our products a fair chance. After all we know they work, we use them ourselves. The anatomy we're dealing with is some tough territory to shave...much more complex than the face or legs. You have folds, creases, concave and convex surfaces, very loose and very taut skin, then toss in hair that seems to grow from every direction... Takes some time to  develop a technique that works right for you. The Cleancut Shavers are the tool for the job...just give them a fair, 30 day  trial.

    If after 30 days you still aren't satisfied email us at helpdesk@donnerspring.com and we'll email you the return instructions. Just return to us within 60 days of purchase. Shipping charges are not refundable.

    Manufacturer's Warranties:

    Some of our suppliers offer warranties/guarantees in addition to our own, as follows:

    Cleancut One-Year Parts and Labor Guarantee: When purchased from an Authorized Cleancut Dealer and within one year of purchase, if your Cleancut product exhibits problems related to parts defects or workmanship, we willl repair or replace your purchase at no cost. In addition, when you buy your Cleancut product from us, we will send you a new one from our stock the very next business day, along with a pre-paid, pre-addressed return label for sending the defective unit back. This additional service from us does not apply to other Cleancut Dealers.

    Eroscillator One-Year Warranty on Defective Items: Eroscillator has a corporate one-year warranty against defects that applies to Eroscillator Plus, Top Deluxe, and Ooh-La-La units.

    Are replacement parts for the Cleancut Shavers available?

    Yes, there are parts packages to fit boh the ES412 and ES1080 Cleancut Shavers. The parts packages cover the two highest wear areas on the shavers: the blade assembly and the head/screen. The parts package also includes a new plastic cover to protect the head.

    What about instructions and support?

    All of our products come with instructions for use,  maintenance, and safety. For additional instructions for using the Cleancut Shavers read the "How to Use" page. Additionally, remember to use baby powder and a circular motion. It makes all the difference!

    The Eroscillator comes with printed instructions for use, cleaning, maintenance, and safety. It is also packaged with a "Primer on Self Pleasuring" written by Dr. Ruth Westheimer. It is pretty interesting, including stuff we hadn't thought much about before. We highly recommend reading through it. For additional in-depth instructions, check out our "Eroscillator Tips" page.

    Why don't you accept PayPal?

    The more accurate question is "why doesn't PayPal accept us?" We love PayPal and have always been a big supporter, but we got a letter from PayPal saying that if we continued to sell "adult products," specifically the Eroscillator products, we couldn't accept PayPal anymore. Problem is, we love our Eroscillators as much as we love PayPal, so we've had to drop PayPal from Beavershaver.com as a form of payment. However, if you want to use PayPal, please visit our G-rated sister site, www.shavesthere.com where you can buy most of the same products you can here and you can use PayPal.

    Do the products come with batteries?

    Yes, all of our products that require batteries ship with batteries...no need to run to 7-11 in the middle of the night for batteries for your new toy.

    How long does the C-cell battery in the Seiko Cleancut Last?

    Our estimate is about 20-30 days with daily use (two people.)

    The other guys include a trimmer. Do I need one?

    Other sites that sell shavers sometimes throw in an el cheapo trimmer for free. These are worth about what they cost; about 51 cents from the Chinese manufacturer. Think of the quality you get for that price. Still, you will need a trimmer to get the hair down to stubble prior to your first shave. Like ALL electric shavers the Cleancut Shavers (ES1080 & ES412) will not cut long hair, only stubble (the shorter the better.) When you first decide to shave the beaver, you need to get to "stubble status." If you have a hair trimmer or beard/moustache trimmer lying around the house, it may work great. We sell the PS335 Trimmer  and it is an incredible little unit. No matter which way you go, make sure you have an electric trimmer. It's skilled work and more labor intensive than you might think to cut hair to stubble with scissors. Remember that you only use the trimmer prior to your first shave. After that, you don't use it again unless you let your beaver shaving lapse or decide to help out a friend.

    Does the Seiko Cleancut work on Guys as well as Gals?

    The Cleancut products work equally as well on men as on women. Shave your nuts without any worries, or use a blade and/or hair removal cream (pain and possible blood). Shaving your nuts? Get a Cleancut.

    Do you resell your used return products? What do you do with your returns?

    About every two years we sanitize our returns and sell them on eBay as "USED / RETURNED Seiko ES-412 Cleancut Personal Shaver". If saving some dollars over the price of a new unit overcomes any squeamishness you may have about purchasing a used personal area shaver, then search eBay using the above term and see if we have any currently listed. Next eBay sale of returns spring of '09.

    We do not sell our returns on this or any of our other sites. We sell them on eBay only, and they are clearly designated as "USED / RETURNED." When you order from this site you can be assured that you are getting a brand-new, never-used product.
